Brand direction
A calm, practical brand for marketplace sellers who want customer records, order status, and follow-ups in one place.
Short labels, simple setup, and no enterprise CRM language.
Designed around orders, customers, vendors, and follow-ups.
Soft colors, useful defaults, and upgrade paths that do not get in the way.
Free CRM builder
Start with the details needed to open the workspace. Channels, colors, pipeline labels, plugins, and automations can be finished in settings after signup.
Pro can add marketplace plugins, custom branding, automations, and an approval-based assistant when the business is ready.
SpaceSimply pages
When a seller needs a quick link or QR code, SpaceSimply gives them a simple public page for contact forms, newsletter signups, and event leads.
May Market Booth 42
Stop by, join the list, and get first notice when the next custom run, event drop, or rare find is ready.
Use a clean public page when a full website, custom plugin, or embedded form is too much work.
Free includes 3 saved event pages at a time for QR codes, booth details, offers, and follow-up lists.
New signups can land in the workspace as contacts and event leads instead of living in a separate spreadsheet.
SpaceSimply network
After the CRM launch, SpaceSimply can grow into a light community layer where sellers follow each other, join topic-based discussions, and find fairs, shows, conventions, and vendor spaces.
Sellers can follow public SpaceSimply pages, save favorite shops, and see event updates without turning the CRM into noisy social media.
Discussion categories can cover crafts, parts, collecting, equipment, repairs, engraving, reselling, events, wholesale, and online channels.
Companies that sell booth space can list events, accept booth requests, and later take Stripe payments from Pro organizers.
Plugin-ready CRM
RetainSimply is being shaped around connectors, so sellers can pull customers, orders, and message context from the places they already sell instead of retyping everything by hand.
Phase 1 modules
Contacts, marketplace source, order history, notes, billing address, and shipping address in one place.
Quick-add shoppers from craft fairs, markets, and pop-ups, then follow up after the event.
A public shop page, contact form, newsletter signup, and event landing pages for fast lead capture.
Track quotes, deposits, production status, ready dates, delivery, and follow-up tasks without a bloated sales tool.
Save suppliers, domains, account notes, materials, and premium autofill targets for faster purchasing.
Company name, user seats, color presets, pipeline labels, support options, and white-label controls.
Trigger follow-ups, review requests, task reminders, quote nudges, and customer updates from order or pipeline activity.
Save message templates, repeat-buyer lists, follow-up ideas, and simple campaign notes.
Connect customer and order data from Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Amazon Handmade, Faire, Facebook Marketplace, and more as connectors become available.
Pro can suggest customer matches, clean up notes, create tasks, and draft follow-ups for approval before anything changes.

Referral credits
When an active Pro customer refers another business that buys Pro, the referrer earns free Pro time after the refund period clears. Credits extend the current Pro expiration date instead of creating cash payouts or confusing billing pauses.
Trust, security, and business value
RetainSimply is for owners who still like simple records, but need a clearer way to protect customer details, show repeat relationships, and understand what the business is really worth.
Keep the simplicity people like about spreadsheets, but organize customers, orders, notes, follow-ups, events, and vendors around one customer record.
CRM data should live in a secured database, not scattered through shared files, old exports, inboxes, texts, and one-off sheets.
Pro assistant tools should use only the CRM content needed for the task, with changes held for review before customer records are updated.
Repeat buyers, open quotes, active leads, customer history, vendor relationships, and follow-up activity help show the value of the business beyond order receipts.
How it started
RetainSimply grew out of 25 years of sales and marketing experience across different industries, hands-on work with multiple CRM systems, marketplace selling, and the practical needs of a hobby maker who knows how quickly customer details, orders, and follow-ups can spread everywhere. SmitTinn Consulting is part of that background and gives RetainSimply its sales-process foundation.
