Beta terms
These terms explain how RetainSimply handles free CRM access, paid plans, custom work, private CRM records, and public BoothSimply content. The promise is simple: clear plans, clear limits, protected records, and no surprise renewal by default.
Pro is intended to renew only when the customer chooses to renew. Refunds, cancellations, custom build payments, and support add-ons are covered in the refund and cancellation policy.
Users are responsible for the customer, order, vendor, event, and business information they enter into RetainSimply. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or content you do not have the right to store.
The free plan includes limited users, contacts, and BoothSimply pages. RetainSimply may adjust limits and will communicate material changes clearly.
Pro is annual access with no automatic renewal by default. Renewal reminders appear before expiration. Pro support tickets are available to active Pro accounts.
The $500 Custom Build can include an offline/owned version and one year of product updates. The license explains what the customer owns, what RetainSimply owns, and what support is not included unless purchased separately.
RetainSimply stores CRM data in a secured database, not public spreadsheets. Private CRM records stay behind account access unless the user chooses to publish something, such as a BoothSimply page or public listing.
API keys, OAuth credentials, webhook secrets, and other private setup values must be kept in secure platform secrets. They must not be pasted into public pages, frontend code, screenshots, or shared documents.
RetainSimply may provide templates, reminders, summaries, and suggested next steps to help users keep work organized. Users remain responsible for reviewing customer records, quotes, messages, and public content before sending or publishing them.
Users control what appears publicly on BoothSimply pages. Private CRM records do not become public content without explicit action from the user.
Free users can use public help content. Pro users can create support tickets. RetainSimply may update the product, policies, and available features as the service develops.
